WOXON's History since Launch in 2003

Launch of WOXON as a Cleantech Start-up with two areas of focus
1. Membrane Based Oxygen Concentration for energy and leisure applications
2. Electromagnetic Water Treatment
Cooperation with German based Water Specialist AWAS GmbH

Award of Government DTI Grant for the Proof of concept of a Chemical-Free Pool Water Treatment System
WOXON moves into the Kent Science Park in Sittingbourne, Kent
WOXON wins 2nd price at the Kent Start-up Challenge, an award that comes with £25k worth of support services

Research breakthrough in understanding of cleaning mechanisms of electromagnetic water treatment system
WOXON represents the Kent Science Park for the HRH Duke of Kent visit
WOXON starts to provide Technical Due Dilligence Services starting with a feasibility evaluation of an innovative membrane water process for a venture investment company
WOXON wins "Environmentally friendly Innovative Product of the Year Award 2005", awarded by Technology Enterprise Kent

WOXON moves out of the Science Park and continues work in West Malling
Research work focusses on the development of electrodes that produce active ingredients for water treatment applications
WOXON starts cooperation with German based Management Consultancy EMC² that was founded by former McKinsey partners

Continued work to improve electrodes. Main focus is on increasing electrode and process stability
WOXON launches its Consulting arm. Projects in 2007 include:
1. Business Process improvement project with a 25% cost target for a Dutch trading company
2. Market Due Dilligence for an international Private Equity House selling a German based plastics manufacturer
3. Overhead cost benchmarking project for a German Manufacturer as the first step of a cost cutting program

Continued work to improve electrodes stability.
Consulting: Strategy development for the Turnaround of a loss making UK based trading company
WOXON supports Kent based Bio-tech startup developing an ozone based disinfection unit for an innovative production process
Launch of envii.co.uk Ltd -an ecommerce Retail concept with a Green twist- as a future potential cashflow generator for the R&D work

Construction of first pilot modules for "real world" testing based on the new electrode and module design
Patent Filing for new electrode/module concept
Sourcing of prodcution equipment for commercial role-out
